The first patriarchal human civilization with writing, monarchies, large scale construction, and religious beliefs in a Creator God emerged at the beginning of the Great Cycle that stretches from Egypt through Israel and Syria to Mesopatomia. Throughout the first half of the Great Cycle this area remained a spearhead of civilization development.
Not until about the beginning of the seventh of the thirteen Heavens of the Great Cycle, which began to dominate in 749 BCE, that higher civilizations developed at longitude 12 degrees East. Timeline seventh Heaven and eighth Heaven of the Great Cycle.
Summerizing various movements from and toward the planetary midline at the baktun shifts of the Great Cycle, the very clear pattern of historical winds emerges. There we can see that Heavens with odd numbers initiate movements from the planetary midline toward East and West, whereas Heavens with even numbers initiate movements from East toward the midline.
The Mesoamerican notion that the various Heavens are ruled by deities that blow winds in four directions has thus now been verified.
Judging from the patterns of violent migrations it seems also as if one divine force rules the seven Heavens with odd numbers and that this energy is somehow different from the energy that rules the six with even numbers.
In addition to these winds to and from the midline in the Western and Eastern directions, history seems with every new Heaven to have been blowing North, at least based on what is known of the Northern Hemisphere.
The history of humanity as it has developed through the 13 Heavens of the Great Cycle may thus be described as a wave pattern, and it is the World Tree, or Invisible Cross, that has served as the wave generator driving human history.
The numbers 7 and 13 have had a central place in the mythologies of peoples all over the world.
The qualities of the four directions point to a number of parallels between the “Global Brain“ of the planet and the human brain. Our two brain hemispheres, right and left have different functions because they are microcosmic reflections of the planets Eastern and Western Hemispheres.
